Sports Medicine physicians have specialized training and skills that position them to be caregivers for active patients of all ages and abilities. They have an interest in the promotion of lifelong wellness and fitness, as well as in prevention, diagnosis and management of illness and injury. Our physiotherapist have national certifications from Sport Physiotherapy Canada and multiple post-graduate courses to be able to tailor their treatments to the specific needs and goals of their patients.
McGill-affiliated Teaching Site
The McGill Sports Medicine Clinic is a McGill-affiliated teaching site which offers sports medicine as a clinical rotation to medical residents, students and trainees from McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. As such, a learner may be present during your consultation.
Drawing on a vast network of experience
At our clinic all physicians have completed a Sport Medicine Fellowship and other medical specialties in a related discipline such as family medicine, emergency medicine, etc. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates together to be able to have the best possible outcome for our patients.
